RIVERJAM in it's 4th year, is the area's only Music and Camping event on the Riverfront. Not only listen to some of the best regional and local bands on two stages. But also enjoy our beach with swimming, tubing and some much deserved love for our good friends we have made over the years. This year will be 4 days / 3 nights of layed back Summer fun, food, and music. It's a Jolly Ole Jammin good time!

This year on Thursday (Opening Night) at RiverJam, we will be featuring our Big Outdoor Movie Screen with 3000 watts of sound, to take you back in time to July of 2015. Just in case you missed them in person we will be showing 2 live shows in their entirety. FIRST a band we have never shown here at the park before: THE STRING CHEESE INCIDENT Live at the infamous Red Rocks Amphitheater from Sunday 7/26/15. Come on Thursday and get your camping spot early to enjoy one great evening before all the bands play live on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at RiverJam16.

Something new this year is the "Sunday Sets". For those that want to hang out and take your time before heading back to ordinary life we will have bands starting at noon Sunday going through mid afternoon..... Just relax and enjoy.... For those that may want to swim or float the Elkhorn river it would be a good time to enjoy summer at the river. Check-out will be at 6:00pm Sunday evening. If you want to stay over Sunday night its just $10 per tent.

We will have Merch and Art vendors along with Food vendors. No alcohol will be sold but you can bring your own. (21+) We will have Ice and Firewood for sale.

DJEM - Omaha, NE


DJEM (pronounced gem) is a band of many flavors. Thick percussive grooves combined with genre-bending sound-scapes. Djem defies many of the "standards" set fourth in contemporary music.Featuring an All-Star lineup consisting of members from bands like African Culture Connection, Dr.Webb, Linear Symmetry, Polydypsia, and more. The group thrives on spontaneous improvisation that spawns from pre-existing beats and melodies. Expect all kinds of unexpected instruments, special musical guests, other worldly sounds, and don't expect the groove to stop.

Psychedelic Rasta Funk Grass is what Brandon Webber and Chandler Jansen is what they bring to the table with Dr.Webb. This multi-instrumentalist , looper , singer/songwriter brings a fun , upbeat , energetic performance to any event. Looping mandolin, guitar, bass, and vocals to create a phsychefunkreggaedelictwangxperience ! Full accompaniment including rhythmic extraordinaire Chandler Jansen on drums!

Extra Fresh - Lincoln, NE


Extra Fresh is a project started by Jordan Saldivar. Jordan plays the guitar while DJing songs that he produced himself. Blending elements of reggae and live music with electronic music and hip hop, Extra Fresh has found its niche sound in the local festival circuit. Opening for acts such as Michal Menert, Krooked Drivers, Mr. Bill, Mark Farina, Heat Box, Jon Wayne and the Pain, Tatanka and more has helped Extra Fresh gain regional attention. Be on the look out for the first full length album from Extra Fresh coming in 2016!

The Figs Duo - Omaha, NE


The Figs Duo is comprised of Brandon Webber and Zach Beiermann of the late Weeping Figs from Omaha, Nebraska. They have been bringing their take on bluegrass and folk to stages around the Omaha area for the last 8 years. Brandon Webber AkA Dr. Webb lays down the melodic bass lines with his loop pedal, while Zach holds down the rhythm on acoustic guitar. Once the bass loop is complete the Dr. Grabs the mandolin to bring a nice big full sound to the duo. With the vocal harmonies and the high energy these two bring to the stage, you're sure to have a fantastic time. They have shared the stage with Elephant Revival, Whitewater Ramble, Wookiefoot, Emmit-Nershi band, and Great American Taxi over the years and really just enjoy playing music with one another. If you have ever seen them perform, you realize right away, they have something special that is unlike anything else and not to be missed.

Fontenelle - Omaha, NE


Omaha, Nebraska's FONTENELLE combine elements of post-rock, metal, and electronic music into beautiful and hypnotic instrumental compositions. The band's debut full length album "Live & Maintain" is a driving and dynamic journey through lush cinematic soundscapes that range from soft haunting melodies to total distorted chaos. Jerry Pranksters - Lincoln, NE


Jerry Pranksters is a 5-piece band bringing the musical notes and magic from one of the biggest touring bands of all time "The Grateful Dead". They play tributes to a very large catalogue of Grateful Dead tunes stretching across 3 decades. Sure thing to make you move your feet!!

Johnny Novacaine- Des Moines, IA


Johnny Novacaine is best described as an influence of The Grateful Dead and Phish with a twist of bands like moe., Umphrey's McGee, and older music like The Beatles and Fleetwood Mac. Listeners would most likely hear covers of their favorite jam tunes, with unique vamps and jams to give JN a sound of its own.

Mace Hathaway- Omaha, NE


Mace Hathaway is a singer/songwriter from the heart of the midwest, & he can really tell a story.

Driven by his soulful voice, the energy in his delivery and clever lyrics have been known to consume the listener.

Mace is What some might call a prolific writer, with over 200 songs to his credit.

Giving accolades to some of his major influences, Robert Hunter,Peter Rowan, Paul Simon & Joni Mitchell, he strides to turn each song into a new journey for the listener.

The Midland Band - Columbus, NE


Originating from Columbus, Nebraska, the Midland Band has been bringing an aggressive brand of improvisational 70's jazz/rock to the masses. Known for their dual guitars, keyboard heavy, intense, and yet dance-able music, the Midland Band brings a great amount of energy to any stage they take on.

The Ragabonds - Omaha, NE


The Ragabonds are an upbeat band with a positive message. Working hard in Omaha, Nebraska, their first EP is currently in the works to be released in 2015. They have played shows locally at The Sidedoor Lounge, MoJoPo's place, Sokol, ARTsarben, Venue 51, and Dr. Jack's Drinkery. They have also played up in South Dakota at Rounding Third and the up and coming Old Roads Music Festival.

While they do play the occasional cover, they enjoy performing their own funky fusion jams. The multi-talented band also enjoys a good Chinese fire drill with instruments, which always make their performances an entertaining show.

In the words of the ever talented Jamison Figueroa: The Ragabonds sound "like a tiger chasing a herd of buffalo, if the buffalo were incredibly talented musicians and the tiger was fate."

Ragged Company - Omaha, NE


As a three piece band with Adam on acoustic guitar, Ben on electric bass and Dave shredding on cello for nearly nine years, Ragged Company has played just about everywhere you can play around the Benson and Downtown areas of Omaha, NE.

In 2015, Ragged found a beautiful spark and rebirth with the addition of some talented musicians joining the band. The addition of George on banjo and dobro, Brandon on mandolin and Ethan on drums along with Kristen's vocal harmonies have transformed their existing songs tremendously.

Ragged Company has just finished recording their second album, the follow-up to 'Time Turns Killer', which is set to be released in May of 2016. The new album, 'Brave Mountain Spirit', is a collection of 11 songs that the band has been fine tuning for the past few years.

Ragged Company is looking forward to getting on the road and sharing their sound with anyone who cares to listen.
