Founded in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is a breakthrough in the field of Spirituality and is currently practiced in more than 130 countries worldwide. All Sahaja Yoga sessions are always free. It introduces us to the easiest way to receive Self - Realization, becoming aware of our powers within. As of result of that, an Individual gets into Meditation Spontaneously and with regular practice he/she becomes the master of self. Meditation is not a Challenge in Sahaja Yoga. It provides all round development of our being - Mental/Physical/Emotional health, peace, balance etc. What to Expect:-
There is no physical exercises involved, it is pure Meditation.
One can dress up casually and there is no need to bring Yoga mats etc.
All ages are welcome.
The attendees will be Introduced to the concepts of Meditation/Yoga and then guided to their Self - Realization, which will give them complete physical relaxation and mental peace. Additional material will be provided for practice at home.
Format: 15 mins Introduction, 20 mins actual experience, then address any questions that attendees may have.

Mr. Anuj Kumar is a local resident of Omaha from last five years and is currently employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska. In the past he worked with other major Insurance players like AFLAC & Genworth Financials. On professional front he has a very good experience in the field of Information Technology. He has been actively meditating with Sahaja Yoga for over 10 years and desires to share the same with the community. He has been married to Shilpa Sood for five years and she lives in Omaha as well.
If we have to do some special arrangements for meditation or if it is dependent on some external factors then meditation is very difficult and one has tendency to skip it. What if meditation is integrated in our lifestyle just like eating food and drinking water. I came to know of Sahaja Yoga Meditation in 2004 when I just graduated and as a student I saw a very clear improvement in my focus and concentration apart from other benefits. It was not long before I learned that I had found something magical, because Sahaja Yoga Meditation is entirely based on the mechanism that is present within us, so there is no need to pay any money, no need to do things which will take extra efforts and best part was that it can be done while doing your Job, Studies, work etc. I was highly encouraged to try it and since then have been practicing Sahaja Yoga. In simple words - it is one package that has everything one would need to live a happy & peaceful life.
