"I've seen you guys come together in droves for people who need the support and make a huge difference in people's lives. I'm asking for you guys to do it one more time on April 10th, 2020.

Shannon Donavan is a great friend of mine whose had a hell of a time since having a pancreas transplant back in April 2019, and her story has been wild to say the very least. It has a lot of twists and turns that I don't think I could do justice trying to describe, but everything that could go sideways, did. It capped off on New Year's Eve when she was released from her job due to having to miss so much time for every complication coming from her transplant, and left her high and dry without the insurance coverage.

As you can imagine, the hospital bills stacked up and the medication she needs to survive is costly. While she's back to getting back on her feet, it's a big hill to climb. An amazing person like her shouldn't have to live under this pressure, especially when she's gone through as much as she has.

Located at The B Side of Benson Theatre, this fundraiser will be to help with these hospital bills and medications. We're going to have raffles and silent auctions from various artists, pastries from the incredibly talented culinary scene, and collectibles donated from Diamond Select, plus a bunch of other things that I'll announce the closer we get.

Local bands supporting the cause, performing throughout the night.

Don't think you can make it but you still want to help? Donations are definitely acceptable, and I'll make sure we give you a shoutout for your contributions.

Stay tuned as more details are released."
