Every Wednesday nite at 6:00pm in Turner Park we offer a FREE workout that is open to the general public and can be modified for all fitness levels! Each week is a different workout, Pound, Zumba, Les Mills Grit, Mixxedfit, Strong by Zumba, Piyo, Bootcamp, Turbo Kick are some of the exciting workouts we have planned.
